Terms and Conditions	By Submitting this application I agree to the following Go-Organic LOCAL SUPPLIER Code Of Conduct, Terms and Conditions I understand it is important that the credibilty of Go-Organic is upheld and that this code of conduct is homoured and that my not adhering to these terms and conditions will lead to cancellation of my listing as a Go-Organic Local supplier. CODE OF CONDUCT I will only sell products as organically produced if I am certain they are so. I shall set an example by living a sustainable lifestyle as much as is practically possible. TERMS AND CONDITIONS I will ensure that my fee is paid on time when due. The list of Go Organic Local Traders is the property of Go-Organic and on termination of my listing as a Supplier for whatever reason I understand that I may no longer sell products to those traders. I understand that in order to terminate my listing I must give two months notice. I understand that Go-Organic may terminate my listing at its discretion by giving me two months notice. I understand that in extreme cases of breach of conduct Go-Organic may terminate my listing immediately and that Go-Organic is not obligated to give reason for such termination.
